Meet Shift

Not a quiz app.
A study partner.

Shift thinks like a senior CWI who happens to be an AI. It knows every AWS code, every process, every NDT method, every cert pathway — and it has opinions. If your approach is wrong, Shift says so.

When you open the dashboard, Shift has already reviewed your session history and is ready to brief you. It shows you your Shift Score, your Knowledge Map, and tells you exactly what to drill. It doesn't wait to be asked.

Shift Score tracks your real readiness — not streaks, actual knowledge
Cites codes naturally: "D1.1 §6.9 says..." not a paragraph of disclaimers
Predicts your exam-ready date based on current study velocity
Say "Hey Shift" from anywhere — passive wake word, no tap needed

Shift

WeldShift AI · Oracle

Live
Shift · Daily BriefShift Score: 71. Your metallurgy is at 48% — that's the gap. HAZ grain growth questions catch you every session. You're 11 days from CWI-ready at your current pace. Start there.
What causes HAZ grain growth and how do I prevent it?
Heat above ~1100°C for too long. Preheat reduces the thermal gradient, controlled heat input limits time at temperature, and post-weld cooling rate determines final grain size. D1.1 Annex I covers requirements when carbon equivalent is high enough to mandate it. The exam specifically loves the coarse-grained HAZ — right next to the fusion line. That's your zone.
